Dr. Sanjukta Mukherjee

Dr. Mukherjee handles Policy Research, Growth Strategy Design, Advocacy & Systems Implementation to client companies across sectors. She is also directly responsible for Optima’s Administration, Communication, Strategy Implementation and Deployment vis-à-vis spearheading & incubating several businesses in the forms of  Centres of Excellence in Industrial Diagnostics, Business Efficiency, Educational Excellence, Foreign Trade Facilitation. She also mentors Women-Led & Gender-Sensitive small businesses and cooperatives, and is active in the fields of social entrepreneurship, development of greater-than-profit ecologies and social value creation. Her background in senior roles in national & international Chambers of Commerce and exposure to programs like the FES GROWget and IVLP helped her formulate the strategy for Optima's vision and outreach.
